Administrative/Operational • In an effort to ensure that CLHIA employees understand that we value their contributions and efforts and also that the CLHIA becomes an employer of choice, this year the Association carried out an extensive employee engagement survey to determine where we can improve. In addition, we are in the midst of completing a position-by-position compensation review, something that has not been undertaken by the Association in decades.
